Willard sits on the northwest side of the Springfield metro — suburban, growing steadily, with a mix of newer subdivisions and longer-established residential streets. The work mix here is the typical SW Missouri suburban one: maintenance, beds, decks, fences.
Willard’s growth has slowed compared to Republic and the Christian County suburbs, but it’s still adding new homes every year on the north and west edges. Most of the projects we take on here split between standing maintenance routes and one-off bed and fence installs.
The character of established Willard neighborhoods is similar to Battlefield — established trees, larger residential lots, less driveway-to-driveway density than central Springfield. That changes the project mix: more brush clearing and overgrowth work, fewer concrete-tear-out patio replacements.
